On January 26th join the Abitare Project and Chef Ali Waks Adams for our next Classical Music Pairing Dinner – Reimaginings.

It has been said that history doesn’t repeat itself but instead rhymes. Certainly in music and in food, there is always a constant mix of the old and new, traditional forms and new tastes, the effect of wider influences and the longing for nostalgic niches. To kick of 2019, we’ve chosen to examine our favorite reimaginings in music and cuisine. Chef Ali Waks will reimagine her favorite traditional plates in ways that will forever transform how you pair the experience of hearing your favorite cuisine, tasting the most beautiful of music, from the traditional sonata form reimagined by Brahms to the beautiful singing lines of Clara Schumann.
